· Designed over 25 ultra-small lens and mirror mounts using optics which were sub-millimeter in size.
· The mounting plate was 6 inches square and had over 50 elements on it, and contained mirror mounts, beam expander and compressors assemblies, adjustable wave plate holders, beam splitters.
Most of the mirror mounts were adjustable in two axes. The beam expanders (and compressors) had micro-focus and 2 axes of adjustment. All adjustable elements had to have micro-radian sensitivity, lockable, and withstand 10 G of force.
· Designed fixtures of manufacturing assemblies.
